News

  • 14th of December 2006: First photon antibunching curve obtained with a pulsed laser. Single photon source demonstrated.
  • 28th of September 2006: Single quantum dots emission lines observed on CCD camera.
  • September 2006: Micro-photoluminescence set-up for observing nanostructures is in place and running.
  • June 2006: Ti-Sapphire Laser installed
  • January 2006: QKD based on entangled photons is working in the lab.
    Currently testing and designing for outside free-space operation.
