- 14th of December 2006: First photon antibunching curve obtained with a pulsed laser. Single photon source demonstrated.
- 28th of September 2006: Single quantum dots emission lines observed on CCD camera.
- September 2006: Micro-photoluminescence set-up for observing nanostructures is in place and running.
- June 2006: Ti-Sapphire Laser installed
- January 2006: QKD based on entangled photons is working in the lab.
