Welcome to the Photonic Entanglement Group's website at the IQC. We are working on quantum information challenges using photonic techniques. In particular we currently concentrate on creating new sources of photon entanglement and on quantum key distribution.
News
- June 2006: Ti-Sapphire Laser installed
- January 2006: QKD based on entangled photons is working in the lab. Currently testing and designing for outside free-space operation.
