BiographyFarzad was born in Tehran and did his undergraduate studies at the Shahid Beheshti University (formerly known as National Univ of Iran), in Physics and Mathematics. He moved to the University of Western Ontario where he finished his M.Sc. studies in Mathematical Physics. He did his M.Sc. thesis on Relativistic Field Theory with Dennis G. McKeon, as well as collaborating with Martin Houde in some astrophysical problems. Currently he is studying his PhD under Frank Wilhelm and also collaborating with Bill Coish at Institute for Quantum Computing. Research Interests- Quantum computation/quantum information
